read moreIn its most significant expansion yet, Revo Fitness has announced it will open 25 new gyms in Western Australia, South Australia, NSW and Victoria this year.
This expansion campaign will grow Revo’s national footprint to 77 gyms by the end of 2025, as the Australian gym chain looks to reach 100 locations by 2027.
With a focus on key growth markets, Revo Fitness will bolster its presence in Victoria, with 14 new gyms set to open, including Frankston, Knoxfield and Nunawading - cementing Revo’s position in one of Australia’s most competitive fitness markets.
South Australia will welcome four additional locations, while seven new locations will open their doors in Revo’s home state of Western Australia.
Revo operates 52 locations across Australia, with 30 clubs in Western Australia, 12 in South Australia, seven in Victoria and three in NSW.
The strategic expansion builds on Revo Fitness’ recent success, including 16 new sites opened and five major refits completed in 2024 with last year seeing the group host more than ten million workouts - a 65% increase from 2023.
Advising that the group’s next phase is a strategic step toward the business’ mission of making affordable, premium fitness accessible to all Australians, Revo Fitness founder and Managing Director, Andrew Holder explained “we are not just opening gyms, we are changing the way Australians access fitness.
“We’ve built a model that’s affordable, accessible and built around real people’s lives, creating opportunities and empowering more Australians to prioritise their health and wellbeing.
“2025 is about taking Revo’s signature experience to more communities, proving that fitness can and should be better, simpler and available to everyone.”
Revo Fitness are redefining the member experience by incorporating tech-driven initiatives like Evolt 360 body scanners within the gyms, enabling members to track their progress including their body composition and bio wellness index. Revo Fitness locations clocked over 142,000 scans in 2024, marking the highest usage across the globe for the Evolt equipment.
Level Two members also have access to over one thousand virtual workouts through the Revo Fitness app, which ranked number 1 in the Health and Fitness charts on the App Store on the day of its launch earlier this year.
All new clubs will feature The Studio - a self-run, on-demand reformer Pilates and recovery space open 24/7, offering members unlimited access to reformer Pilates beds, an Evolt 360 body scanner and muscle therapy and recovery equipment.
