From this month the Eagle Boys Pizza Express store network is to undergo its biggest revamp since rolling out five years ago, including a menu makeover and a reinvigorated store fitouts.

Like the new Eagle Boys Standard store model, the new Express store design utilises branding elements like natural wood panelling and photographic images to reflect the Eagle Boys 'Real' brand, and includes inbuilt fridges and a repositioned menu boards. The new Express model will also encapsulate the successful menu design of the Standard stores with the introduction of a range of Gourmet Pizzas.

The Eagle Boys Pizza Express model caters to customer convenience; being located in airports, convenience stores, universities and other high-traffic areas, the Express kiosks offer pizzas and sides products to people on the go.

100% Australian-owned Eagle Boys operates 335 franchised stores across Australia, making more than 16 million pizzas a year and generating an annual turnover of more than $200 million.
