The ART and the City of Ballarat continue to work in partnership to ensure the 2020 Convention delivers relevant and meaningful content for delegates, while also giving a preview for what lies ahead for the 2021 Convention which will be held in Ballarat.
ART Chair, Coralie Bell advised “we look forward to bringing the ART Convention into the online space this year and providing an opportunity for more people to learn from our organisation, whilst also hearing from some engaging presenters, relevant case studies and having access to useful resources.”
Aim at local councils, regional tourism organisations, tourism professionals and businesses, and government personnel wanting to contribute to the future of regional tourism in Australia, topics for the online Convention include visitor servicing, tourism recovery, data and trends, crisis management, social license, tourism and protected areas plus much more.
