The Smartcourt, which uses state-of-the-art high-performance HD technology helps to improve your game and experience.
Currently only available at Melbourne Park, Sydney’s new sophisticated tennis technology has cameras that communicate with each other using advanced 360 degree image processing and analytical algorithms to track and record movement.
World class tennis professionals use PlaySight because of the instant feedback with player statistics and analytics the technology. Players can also go digital and live stream their hits from any tennis court in the world, creating highlight clips, and comparing statistics to tennis players on a global leaderboard.
Introducing the new technology, Centennial Parklands’ Director of Sport & Recreation, Carla Armanet explains “this technology is game-changing for our thriving tennis community by enhancing and redefining the way players practice, play and engage with the sport at the community sports centre.”
PlaySight fans are excited to use this technology, originally developed for military purposes. For the casual entertainment seeker, they can boast about and share their fastest serve or winning backhand on social media.

Located within Moore Park and Sydney’s largest community sporting precinct, the Centennial Parklands Sports Centre is home to 11 tennis, all weather multi-use field and 11 multi-use hardcourts open seven days a week.
