Group fitness expert and fitness industry guru Mel Tempest has published a practical online 'A to Z' Guide offering 26 practical tips to running a successful fitness business.

The A to Z Guide to Running a Kick Ass Fitness Business is the culimination of Tempest's extensive and hands on experience in the fitness industry, providing simple and practical tips to streamlining and improving the performance of fitness businesses.

The online guide covers key areas of how to meet demand from new and potential fitness consumers covering key areas as cost effectiveness, diversity, innovation, programming, retention and technology.

Writing about the Guide in its introduction, Tempest, a respected industry consultant and owner of the Body & Soul Ballarat health and fitness studio, pays particular attention to group fitness.
