More than 10,000 visitors attend 2014 Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo
Last weekend's 2014 Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo has been acclaimed as by far the most successful Expo yet, drawing over 10,500 visitors through the doors at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Held on 6th and 7th September, the Expo saw amazing displays from over 120 exciting exhibitors, achieving a huge 20% increase in both attendees and exhibitor numbers from the 2013 event.
Entertainment and interactive opportunities at this year's Expo included the Kiri Organics Cardio Corner, Active Zone, Seminar Room, Bench Press Competition along with the Again Faster Arena and massive Main Stage line-up.
Major highlights of the Expo included the Venom Protein Brisbane Fitness Model Search, which drew huge crowds on both days.
Commando Steve also had the audience hanging off his every word during his Main Stage segment on Saturday, before posing for photos and autographs with hundreds of fans who waited patiently in a line that snaked around half the length of the hall.
Event organiser Major League Marketing has confirmed that the 2015 Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo Dates will be held on 24th and 25th October next year, with the Expo already listed in the Australasian Leisure Management industry Calendar.
Looking forward to the event, a statement from Major League Marketing explained "having grown from strength to strength each year since the inception of the annual Expo four years ago, we anticipate that the 2015 Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo will be our biggest and best event yet."
