AMEN is a strategic regional group designed to help Australasian suppliers navigate international markets and catalyse the export of the region’s significant major events expertise. The free-to-join network provides a two-tiered support system - organisations can join the AMEN WhatsApp and LinkedIn groups for free before accessing tailored MEI support alongside over 100 global industry leaders.
The 2025 program follows an extensive market research campaign conducted in Q4 of 2024. Formerly the Australian Major Events Network, the Australasia rebrand reflects the growing contributions of organisations in New Zealand and other qualifying nations in Oceania.
‘At The Bar’ events are a core aspect of the annual AMEN strategy.
These virtual briefings provide a platform for Australasian suppliers to directly engage with Rights Holders in the USA, UK and Saudi Arabia - three priority markets identified during the aforementioned market research campaign.
The sessions are moderated by a senior manager from leading Australian sports technology firm, PMY.
