HQH Fitness expects that Total Gym’s Row Trainer will impress Australasian fitness club managers

HQH Fitness expects that Total Gym’s Row Trainer will impress Australasian fitness club managers
April 13, 2016

With the Total Gym® Row Trainer™ having turned heads at its debut at the IHRSA Trade Show in Orlando, Florida in March, Australasian distributor HQH Fitness expects that local fitness club managers will be impressed by the product at the upcoming Fitness & Health Expo in Melbourne.

Introducing the Row Trainer™, Total Gym Chief Executive Jesse Campanaro states “it’s completely different than a traditional indoor rower.

“We created a machine that mirrors a rowing movement pattern with a completely different resistance pattern.

“It’s the only row machine that uses adjustable bodyweight resistance on an incline. You really have to try it to feel the difference.”

At the forefront of innovation, the Total Gym Row Trainer is an ingeniously fun workout and unlike traditional rowing machines:

• Features adjustable incline body resistance, integrating a strength component into a traditional cardio machine.
• Enables a smooth consistent load through the entire range of motion due to concentric and eccentric phases of the exercise while providing low impact compression on the joints, especially the lower spine.
• Is built for multi-planar movement including exercises such as biceps curls and an alternating side to side row.

The unique ‘flow’ of the row is achieved by two independent moving platforms to produce a workout that engages all muscles groups simultaneously and adapts to all body sizes.

Campanaro adds “club owners are continuously looking for something new to keep their members engaged. The Row Trainer delivers a tough cardio workout with a big smile. The club owners who have figured out that if they offer fun, time-efficient, effective workouts, their members simply keep coming back.”

The Row Trainer is the sixth machine to comprise the Total Gym® Elevate™ Circuit and with each unit providing a new twist on a classic way to exercise, the Total Gym Row Trainer is certainly not your average row.

The Row Trainer will be on display at the HQH Fitness|Total Gym stand, #W35, at the Health and Fitness Expo 2016.

The Fitness & Health Expo is being held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 29th April to 1st May.
