FILEX Virtual Summit to return in September

FILEX Virtual Summit to return in September
July 14, 2020

While the annual FILEX convention is not being held as a physical event this year, the success of the inaugural FILEX Virtual Summit in May has prompted the organisers to stage a second event in September.

Announcing the second event, a FILEX spokesperson advised "when everyone came together in May the industry was hurting with gyms, studios and trainers in shutdown and as we know we’re not out of this fight or challenge yet.

"The landscape has changed and it will be a hard battle to stay focused and come out of this stronger. This Summit has been designed to add more skills, ideas and motivation to help you now and into the future (with) hand-picked leading experts in key areas to arm you for battle.

"If you missed the May event, then this is one that you will certainly want to get to."

The Summit is being staged in two parts - the Business Summit on Friday 11th September and the Trainer Summit on Saturday 12th September, with the following program:

Day 1: Friday 11th September - Business Summit

Keynote Address from Thomas Plummer
World leading presenters
Panel Discussion and Q&A with Fitness Australia and industry operators
Retention and engagement strategies

Day 2: Saturday 12th September - Trainer Summit
