Best Union’s OmniTicket ticketing solution wins top international ticketing award
Global electronic ticketing and access control systems business Best Union is celebrating having won the ‘Smart & Connected Award’ with its OmniTicket’s Package Ticketing Solution for Theme Parks at the Ticketing Technology Awards 2017 held in the Irish capital of Dublin earlier this month.
In a private ceremony at the city’s Croke Park stadium, the Company’s Build-ATicket option was one of eight finalists and impressed the judging panel who commented that connecting the data trails is a smart move for theme parks, where a big challenge is attracting repeat customers.
OmniTicket's Package Ticketing Solution offers theme parks the option to Build-A-Ticket through a guided sales process allowing staff and guests to easily develop a ticket product that includes multiple entitlements or create a comprehensive visit itinerary customised to a guest’s exact requirements.
This advanced package delivered the brief for the Smart & Connected Award which required companies to bridge the data and departmental silos, using smart tools and digital connectivity to wow their customers.
