Having established itself as a unique family leisure and entertainment facility since its opening in Sydney in July, AttracTivity Entertainment is now seeking suitable similar locations in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Located in the Sydney Corporate Park in the suburb of Alexandria, AttracTivity has proved highly successful since its opening, with its range of leisure and entertainment attractions, several of have made their debut in an Australian attraction.

AttracTivity offers a Scarefactory animatronic haunted house; an XD Theatre from Triotech of Montreal as well as tenpin bowling lanes; a ropes climbing course; dodgem track and the fast moving laser tag game of Lazer Frenzy.

These features are complimented by a redemption amusement game area and a redemption store that provides a variety of prizes earned through an accumulated points system developed specially for AttracTivity by Intercard Inc of the USA.

Incorporated within the entertainment centre are two large function rooms for corporate groups, birthday party rooms and a casual F&B space called The Munchery.

AttracTivity Entertainment has been developed by Roy Menachemson, former Chief Executive Development for Ardent Leisure and Chief Executive of the AMF bowling chain in Australia.

Menachemson explains “our goal in developing this unique centre is to provide the public with unique leisure experiences all contained within one indoor facility that spans across broad demographics from kids as young as five through to young socials who are looking for a very different evening leisure outing in an environment that is both exciting and relaxed.”

Menachemson is now wanting to speak with owners/developers who have premises between 2,500 and 3,500 metre² and with with a minimum height of 7 metres over 25% of the area.
