Aerial adventure park open in Sydney’s west

Aerial adventure park open in Sydney’s west
July 30, 2016

After more than five years in development, a new aerial adventure parks, SkyPeak Adventures, has opened at St Marys in Sydney's west.

Offering over 100 challenges, the $2 million attraction gives guests the chance to complete an adventure course, while connected to safety harnesses, across a series of six-storey towers.

Features include a giant jump from the top of one of the towers, a boat on a zip line, a barrel run and a tree climb.

Located at the St Marys Leagues Club, adjacent to the Go Bananas indoor play centre, along with the TouchCloud Global (TCg) consultancy, the 2000 metre² park offers five different courses to choose from spread over difference heights and difficulty levels.

The attraction has been developed by childcare entrepreneur Amgad Botros, along with the TouchCloud Global (TCg) consultancy - who supplied the award-winning MegaAdventure Aerial Park at Adelaide Shore in South Australia.

Commeting on the new attraction, Botros told Sydney newspaper The Daily Telegraph “we hope people will come and really challenging themselves

“We want people to get out of their comfort zone and see what is possible.

“I love it and it is still challenging for me - you need a lot of core and upper body strength other things are just fun.”

The new development makes Western Sydney something of an adventure hub with local attractions including jet pack flying, Cables Wake Park, the iFly Downunder indoor skydiving attraction, Penrith Whitewater Stadium and TreeTop Adventure Park Sydney.
