Position Summary 
As the Regional Manager, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical for the progression of the AFC Group Network whilst assisting the launch of multiple brand new clubs across Melbourne. 

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of each club across the AFC Group network. The role leads the operational activity associated with membership sales, club performance metrics, staff recruitment, staff onboarding, and management of the Club Managers and Administration Teams.

Your success is important to us. You will work closely with the State Manager and Fitness Director to; develop and upskill, and become apart of our long-term vision.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and Deliver Training for Admin Team
• Identify talent and Develop career progression pathways
• Manage Club Managers and Administration Team  
• Assist with Club Operations across multiple sites  
• Partner with the State Manager to set KPI’s and Club Performance Metrics
• Track, Configure and Analyse KPI’s and Club Performance Metrics and implement strategy designed to improve overall club performance and standards  
• Be Accountable for the Club Performance across multiple sites
• Lead, develop and mentor Club Managers to achieve operational excellency through driving a people focused, high performing and innovative, positive and supportive culture
• Work with the State Manager to plan and execute new club openings

Qualifications and Experience 

• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Working with Children check and Police Check 
• Demonstrated Club Management or Regional Management experience in the fitness industry
• Demonstrated track record for achieving KPI’s and Club Performance Metrics
• Proven Sales Management
• Ability to train teams and increase member sales
• Ability to implement structures and strategies
• Ability to provide the best member experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with energy, enthusiasm and motivation
• Staff motivation capabilities
• Passionate about health and fitness
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Must have a driver’s license and own vehicle
