The Role
This position requires a dedicated individual with a sincere passion for promoting health and wellbeing and guiding individuals towards achieving their health, fitness and wellness objectives.

The New South Wales Health and Wellbeing Manager holds a pivotal role within Belgravia Leisure, responsible for driving membership growth, enhancing customer experiences, increasing visitation, facilitating training and development, and spearheading innovative program implementation.

This position requires a dedicated individual with a sincere passion for promoting health and wellbeing and guiding individuals towards achieving their health objectives.

This role requires forward thinking, trouble shooting and a high level of interpersonal skills. Collaboration with all areas of the business will be essential to provide consistent and successful programs and services.

The ability to work autonomously, make sound business decisions and implement change are essential to the success of the role.

The role will be required to facilitate innovation to foster continued success and growth in our business and to be at the forefront of customer expectations.

Skills & Attributes:
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Essential

• Certificate IV in Fitness
• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
• National Police Check

Desirable

• Certificate IV in Training and Education

PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Essential

• Previous experience leading the Health Club or Sales divisions within Leisure or Commercial Fitness
• Financial acumen
• Good interpersonal skills
• Commitment to own personal development
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, and looking for a challenge
• Passion for the role, team, and guests

Desirable

• Have lead high quality training and development sessions
• Ability to translate data into meaningful action and outcomes
• Experience working with Exercise Physiologists
• Experience managing IBO Personal Trainers
