Club Manager, Anytime Fitness - Wentworthville

We are searching for a Club Manager who is willing to grow with our team and continue the amazing growth of our Anytime Fitness Wentworthville club.

The full-time role requires the successful applicant to be available for shifts Monday to Thursday 10.00 am - 7.30pm and Fridays 9.00am - 3.30pm.
 
As the Club Manager you'll be required to:
• Meet and greet potential and existing members;
• Managing everyday club operations;
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets;
• Manage and motivate your team;
• Create a GREAT club culture;
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club;
• Create Anytime Fitness brand awareness within the local community;
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans.
 
To succeed in the role you will need to be:
• Passionate about health and fitness;
• Exceptional at communicating both written and verbal;
• Great with people and have exceptional customer service skills;
• Highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail;
• Excellent with computer-related and administrative tasks;
• Experienced in a management and/or sales role within the fitness industry (preferred but not essential).
