The Crowd Safety Summit will take place in March 2025 in Seoul, South Korea, generously sponsored by the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Cho Chun Shik Graduate School of Mobility.

Organisers are currently inviting proposals from academics and professionals with expertise in crowd safety and security to speak at the event. We have up to 10 speaking slots available. If you are interested in delivering a talk, please send an email to milad.haghani@unsw.edu.au with your affiliation, proposed speech topic and a description of at least 100 words.

Selections will be based on the relevance, significance, and originality of each topic, as well as its practical and research applications and accessibility of content to a broader audience. This is not a conventional academic conference. While the summit embraces academic insights, contributions from industry practitioners are highly encouraged. Each talk is expected to offer clear and tangible insights for advancing research and/or practice in this domain and must be presented in a way accessible to both technical and non-technical audience.
